User Behavior
Users must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China when using CommonWealth Planet's services. Users guarantee that they will not use CommonWealth Planet's services to carry out any unlawful or improper activities, including, but not limited to, the following behaviors:
Uploading, displaying, posting or otherwise disseminating information containing one of the following contents:
Opposing the basic principles of the Constitution and other laws.
Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity; and
Damaging the honor and interests of the state.
inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining national unity; and
Undermining the state's religious policy, promoting cults and feudal superstitions; and
Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability.
Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetting crime.
Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legal rights of others.
Contain content that is false, harmful, coercive, invasive of others' privacy, harassing, libelous, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise morally objectionable.
Contain any other content that is restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, or any other norms with legal effect.
Not to use the network service system for any illegal purpose.
The user also guarantees that he/she will not utilize the services of Commonwealth Planet to engage in the following activities:
Accessing the computer information network or using the resources of the computer information network without permission.
Deleting, modifying or adding to the functions of the computer information network without permission.
Deleting, modifying or adding to data and applications stored, processed or transmitted in a computer information network without permission; Intentionally creating or spreading computer viruses and other destructive programs.
Other behaviors that jeopardize the security of the computer information network.
If a user violates any of the above provisions when using the network services, CommonWealth Planet or its authorized persons have the right to require the user to correct or directly take all necessary measures (including but not limited to changing, deleting the relevant content, suspending or terminating the relevant user's use of the CommonWealth Planet services) in order to mitigate and eliminate the impact of the user's misbehavior.
Users are not allowed to reproduce, copy, sell, resell or use for any other commercial purposes any part or all of the CommonWealth Planet Services and any form of information obtained through CommonWealth Planet.
Users are legally responsible for their own behavior in the course of using the CommonWealth Planet Services. The forms of legal responsibility include, but are not limited to: stopping the infringing behavior, making a public apology to the infringer, restoring the infringer's reputation, and compensating the infringer. In the event that CommonWealth Planet receives administrative penalties or is liable for any form of damages for infringement of rights as a result of a user's unlawful or inappropriate behavior, the user shall compensate CommonWealth Planet (in an amount not less than the amount that CommonWealth Planet would have to pay to a third party) and publicly apologize to CommonWealth Planet through the nationwide media.
Intellectual property rights and other legal rights and interests (including, but not limited to, rights of reputation, goodwill, etc.)
We do not own any rights to the text, files, images, photos, videos, sounds, music, other creative works or any other materials (hereinafter referred to as "Content") posted by Users to the SocialX Services. After a User posts Content to the Planet Co-Benefits Services, the User will continue to have rights in the Content and will have the right to use the Content in the manner of its choosing. By displaying or posting any Content on or through the Planet Together Services, the User grants Planet Together a limited license to use, modify, reproduce, transmit and publish such Content in a manner that is lawful for Planet Together.
The User agrees that by posting Content to the Services, the User grants CommonWealth Planet a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicenseable, worldwide right to use, reproduce, modify, rewrite, adapt, distribute, translate, create derivative works from, and/or to distribute, perform, display, and/or incorporate into the Services, any or all of the foregoing. the right to modify, adapt, distribute, translate, create derivative works and/or to transmit, perform, display and/or incorporate some or all of the foregoing in any work in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed.
The User represents and warrants that the User has the legal rights to the Content posted on or through the Planet Co-Benefits Services, and that the Content posted on or through the Planet Co-Benefits Services does not infringe upon any person's right to a likeness, right to privacy, copyright, trademark, patent, or other contractual rights. Any license or other fees payable to any other person for Content posted by Users on or through the CommonWealth Planet Services shall be borne by the Users.
The Planet Co-Benefits Services contain Content provided by Planet Co-Benefits, including Content of Users and other Planet Co-Benefits licensees ("Planet Co-Benefits Content"). CommonWealth Planet's Content is protected by the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, Patent Law of the People's Republic of China, Law of the People's Republic of China Against Unfair Competition, and other relevant laws and regulations, and CommonWealth Planet owns and maintains all the rights to the CommonWealth Planet's Content and the SocialX Services.
Project Fundraising
is a platform that allows users (i.e. "project initiators") to raise funds from their supporters by offering something in return. You, as a Project Sponsor, can be contracted by the community to create a fundraising project on CommonWealth Planet. You, as a Supporter, can accept the Returns and Contracts between the Project Sponsor and you to sponsor the Project Sponsor's Fundraising Project. CommonWealth Planet is not a party to either the Supporter or the Project Sponsor. All transactions exist only between the user and the user.
By supporting a project through CommonWealth Planet, you agree to and abide by the following agreement, including the terms below:
Supporters agree to accept the provision of payment authorization information when they commit to support a project .
The Supporter agrees that CommonWealth Planet and its partners authorize or reserve the right to charge fees.
The expected completion date of the return is not an agreed upon period of time to be realized, it is only the date that the project sponsor wishes to be realized.
In order to build goodwill and reputation, the project sponsor will endeavor to meet the expected completion date of the project.
For all projects, Planet Co-Benefits will provide the Project Sponsor with the user names and contact information of all supporters. Upon the success of a project, Planet Co-Benefits will additionally provide the Project Sponsor with the names, contact details and postal addresses of the backers.
The Project Sponsor can request additional information directly from the Supporters after the project is successful. In order to receive a successful return, the Supporter agrees to provide the Project Sponsor with the relevant information within a reasonable period of time.
The Project Sponsor may issue refunds at the request of the Backer in case of difficulties in carrying out the campaign or in case of failure to meet the demand for rewards.
The Project Sponsor is required to meet the Supporter's return requirements if the project is successful, or refund the Supporter if this is not possible.
Planet Co-Benefits reserves the right to cancel a project at any time for any reason.
CommonWealth Planet reserves the right to reject, cancel, interrupt, delete or suspend the project at any time for any reason. CommonWealth Planet shall not be liable for any compensation for such action. CommonWealth Planet's policies are not a reason to comment on such behavior.
There may be a delay between the success of a program and the receipt of payment.
No liability is assumed for any losses or damages arising from any related returns or use of the service. CommonWealth Planet is not obliged to intervene in any disputes between Users or between Users and other third parties in relation to the use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, the delivery of goods and services, other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with the activities of the site. CommonWealth Planet is not responsible for overseeing the realization and strict performance of the program. You may authorize CommonWealth Planet, its staff, employees, agents, and successors in title to claims for damages, to use all methods and services, known or unknown, public or private, for the resolution of disputes.
